Excursions and tours play an essential part in the holistic development of Fashion students. Such tours provide valuable, interactive life-skill lessons for all ages in the atmosphere of fun. The three days of stay at Jaipur were filled with the moments of fun and frolic accompanied by learning about rich Indian cultural heritage. The students visited Albert Hall Museum, Jantar Mantar, Amer Fort, Nahar Garh, Jal Mahal etc. and also enjoyed food delicacies of Rajasthan. The highlights of the Amer fort were the worlds largest cannon on wheel.
The students had hands on experience when they visited Handmade dyeing industry, block printing industry and Screen printing at Sanganer. Students learnt about the rich culture of Rajasthan including its history, architecture, folk dance, cultural beliefs and handicraft. The tour was a great success.
