Faculty of Fashion & Design organized an interactive session with the Advisory Board member of FFAD – Ms. Zoya Afroz, who is Pond’s Femina Miss India International 2013 and a well-known actress in Bollywood Film Industry. The session was started with greetings from Dr. M.K. Nair (Dean, FFAD), and continued with interactions from the faculty members and students of the Faculty of Fashion & Design.
Ms. Zoya spared some time for a virtual session with the students and went on to tell about her own experiences in the industry. The students were delighted to share the screen with the actress. She spoke about how time management plays a key role to stand out amongst the competitors. The students interacted on various topics and showed an immense interest in knowing whereabouts of the celebrity life. The students also shared their own experiences and their future career plans; and talked about their aspirations to earn a name in the glamour industry. The actress gave some points to the students to build those traits which will help them to become a successful person.
